Jadd leads the research behind every Citadel purchase. Before co-founding Citadel Agency he was a strategy and analytics manager for some of Australia's biggest brands, managing portfolios for billion-dollar companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in statistics and a Masters in Marketing Management.
