We recently used Citadel Agency to assist us with the purchase of our first investment property in Tasmania and were extremely happy with the experience.

I used Jadd for the purchase of an interstate investment property. I was initially a bit hesitant purchasing interstate but Jadd made the whole experience seamless and I don’t regret it at all. He has great connections on the ground in order to find the best properties for his clients.

He explained things quite well and his research was very thorough.  When the time came to buy a property, he used his connections and negotiation skills to put my application first and I was able to successfully buy the property in a hot market.
