We recently used Citadel Agency to assist us with the purchase of our first investment property in Tasmania and were extremely happy with the experience. Buying interstate adds another layer of uncertainty, and having a buyer’s agent representing our interests made a genuine difference. I used Jadd for the purchase of an interstate investment property. I was initially a bit hesitant purchasing interstate but Jadd made the whole experience seamless and I don’t regret it at all. He has great connections on the ground in order to find the best properties for his clients. He explained things quite well and his research was very thorough.  When the time came to buy a property, he used his connections and negotiation skills to put my application first and I was able to successfully buy the property in a hot market. Thought about buying my first investment property at 25, Bought my first investment property at 27, didn’t know where to start or what to do, the guys at citadel and I crossed paths mid 2025 and where able to pull the trigger on a property by early 2026, every move and every action was precise and made everything so easy to understand and wrap my head around, there communication is flawless, the whole experience has been great, and at the current rate we are going the property we chose, another one will be achievable 12-14 months after the first purchase date…. Wild couldn’t recommend more.
