The name is inspired by the Citadel of Raymond de Saint-Gilles located in the coastal city of Tripoli, Lebanon. Co-founder Jadd Chahal had grown up not too far from the Citadel, commuting past it every day on the way to school, always mesmerized by how proudly it stood perched in the city center between the markets, cafes, and apartments.

Kathy De Guise

Client Success Manager
In addition to being a client success manager for Citadel, Kathy also holds bachelors degrees in Science and radiography. Kathy’s main passion is in real estate with a keen eye in seeing a properties potential for being a family home.

Kathy brings her wealth of experience in the real estate space supporting people in realising their dreams of home ownership to becoming a reality. You will catch Kathy around Melbourne guiding aspiring home owners through open inspections, likely with a coffee in hand and a handy notebook to record a flurry of ideas about the home.

A bookworm and self-described ‘podcast hipster’, Kathy is a proud mother of two young boys with a love for outdoor adventures.

Jadd Chahal

Jadd was previously a strategy and analytics manager for some of Australia’s biggest and best known brands. Whilst he loved the analytics space, Jadd’s main passion is to help Australians achieve success through property.

In doing so, he founded Citadel helping Australians through property analysis, buying and advocating. A husband and father of two young boys, Jadd holds a bachelor of science majoring in statistics and Masters in Marketing Management. Jadd also holds both a Victorian & Queensland Real Estate License.

In his spare time, you will find Jadd nerding out on property market statistics, spending time teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to his two young boys and actively promoting community progression through participating and planning leadership Retreats.

Omar De Guise

Chief Marketing Officer / Sales Representative Voted in as Australia’s Top 100 Young Entrepreneurs in 2022 and 2023, Omar holds positions on a number of boards and Directorships for companies spanning Medical, FMCG and luxury brands. A serial investor and entrepreneur, Omar’s experience in real estate extends to building new homes, interstate investing as well as strategic partnerships. With a gift for storytelling, Omar loves sharing his knowledge and insight within the real estate sector to help everyday Australians secure their first home or investment property. A lifetime student of personal development, you will find Omar giving back through active mentorship and leadership retreats or training for his next big fight in the ring as an amateur boxer.
